Be in the’re throwing the party of the YEAR!

  • When reserving a time slot you have 72 hours to confirm your reservation.

  • A $250 non-refundable deposit is due to secure the date and time of your party.

  • All parties must be paid in full 1 week prior to the party, this includes the remaining balance of the party and add-ons (extras/children/cupcakes/party favors)

    • Balance of the Party: checks are accepted at the latest the Tuesday before the party. After Tuesday, cash or credit/debit cards are required.

  • All credit card transactions have a 3% fee.  Payments by check or cash (no fee) 

  • Gratuites: Gratuities are included based on the total number of coaches needed

  • If your child is sick or due to inclement weather, your party will be rescheduled to the next available date and time.

  • There are no refunds.

Party Logistics

  • Your party base of $600, accounts for 15 children and 15 cupcakes.

    • The facility accommodates up to 25 children. 

    • Each additional child over 15 is $18 a head which includes their cupcake to go.

  • 15 cupcakes are included in your package​

    • Cupcakes ordered for extra children are $4 a cupcake​ (ordered ahead of time)​​

  • 15 Children are included in your package

    • The day of the party any extra children are $14 a head ($18 total per child)​

  • Two instructors are included in your package


      For the safety of your guests, these are the proper coach-child ratio that we implement in our facility

      16-20 kids= 1 extra coach
    • 21/25 kids= 2 extra coaches

PAC Waiver


  • All participants must have a safety waiver completed prior to entering the gym.

  • Children under the age of 1 are not included in the total child count.

  • All guests, children and adults, must wear socks. Socks are available for purchase ($3/pair) or bring socks for your guests.

  • Bring your Party Favors or purchase LED frisbees from the PAC (ask at the front desk)

  • Adults are NOT allowed on the equipment.

  • Trial classes for all of your guests.

  • Piñatas and Candy Buffets are not permitted

  • Your hostess will set up all party favors, cupcakes and take care of your requests

Trial Class

Would you like to trial a class first??!  The PAC offers a class trial - see if it is good fit for your child and then you can register fully after giving it a try! Simply select Trial Class from the Contact Form on our home page and message us which class you want to trial in the message!  Click below to go to the Contact Form.
