Required:​

  • Pre-register. No walk-ins.

  • A signed waiver. Complete one ahead of time or upon entry.

  • Socks. No bare feet in the gym (socks are sold at the office.)

  • Water bottle

  • Peanut-Free Snack/Lunch

  • Spots are reserved with a credit card and pay cash the day of.

  • All no-shows or last minute cancellations will be subject to a charge.
