Ages 1 and up

Gymnastics

Get ready to flip, tumble, and balance your way to a fantastic birthday! Our 'Gymnastics Party' includes a supervised gymnastics session with equipment like wedges, bars, and mats – perfect for active kids! Play obstacles courses, jump on our tumble track, and have the best time celebrating!

Ages 4 and up

Ninja Warrior

Your guests will swing from the rings and trapeze bars as they soar to new heights. Feel the PAC "WOW" factor one obstacle at a time. Ascend up the rock wall, spider jump and monkey climb over our ninja blocks, muscle through the ring slider and ninja flip onto mats as soft as a pillow. Can you complete the course?

The Birthday Ninja will scale the famed WARPED WALL with TV show chants of encouragement: “Beat that WALL! "The smile on your child’s face is what they call “photo ready"!

PAC Pet Patrol

Let your kids create a forever friend in their PAC Patrol Pet.  Experience the excitement of choosing a pet, their name, individualizing their persona and bringing them to life with a red heart to place inside and a birth certificate. We're here to officiate a friendship for a lifetime.

Gymnastics/Ninja paired with the Pet Patrol experience.

PARTY LOGISTICS

THINGS TO KNOW WHEN YOU BOOK YOUR PARTY

Reserving your Party and Finalizing

  • When reserving a time slot, you have 72 hours to confirm your reservation.

  • A $250 non-refundable deposit is due to secure the date and time of your party.

  • All parties must be paid in full 1 week prior to the party. This includes the remaining balance of the party and add-ons (extras/pizza/cupcakes/party favors).

    • Balance of the Party: check or cash are accepted at the latest the Tuesday before the party. After Tuesday, a credit or debit card payment is required.

  • All credit card transactions incur a 3% fee.  Payments by check or cash do not incur a fee.

  • Gratuities: Gratuities are standard based on the total number of coaches needed.

  • If your child is sick or due to inclement weather (i.e. the PAC has announced cancellations for the day due to road conditions), your party will be rescheduled to the next available date and time.

  • There are no refunds.

  • The PAC has the right to cancel a birthday party.

The Day of Your Party

  • All participants must have a safety waiver completed prior to entering the gym.

  • Children under the age of 1 are not included in the total child count.

  • All guests, children and adults, must wear socks in the gym. Socks are available for purchase ($3/pair) or bring socks for your guests.

  • Bring your Party Favors or purchase PAC Party Favors (ask at the front desk).

  • Please provide beverages, paper goods (tablecloths, plates, cups, napkins, utensils, etc.), cake/candle/knife, and decorations (optional).

  • Adults are NOT allowed on the equipment.

  • Trial classes for all of your guests.

  • Piñatas and Candy Buffets are not permitted.

  • Your hostess will set up all party favors, food and take care of your requests.

  • Two instructors are included in your package.

    • For the safety of your guests, these are the proper coach-child ratio that we implement in our facility:

      • ​​16-20 kids = 1 extra coach

      • 21-25 kids = 2 extra coaches

      • 25-30 kids = 3 extra coaches

Trial Class

Would you like to try a class first? The PAC offers a class trial!

See if it is good fit for your child and then you can register fully after giving it a try. Simply select a program from the Contact Form on our home page and tell us how old your child is in the message.  Click below to go to the Contact Form.
